This booklet presents a comprehensive assessment of the economic and social influence of the E-CHO sustainable fuels project on the Lacq-Orthez region. Using the Local Footprint® model and stakeholder interviews, it quantifies the potential for up to 1,500 supported jobs, analyzes the project’s role as a catalyst for new strategic green industries, and identifies key conditions for success, including skills development and community engagement.
